I had a colonoscopy last Wednesday. The results were normal, so life goes on, with the only losses being some of my dignity and an entire day of missed eating opportunities. I also spent the better part of a day in my bathroom during the bowel prep phase, but I was finally able to finish the Twilight saga books. So there’s that. Well, I’m back from my mini-vacation and I’ve never been so tired. I didn’t stay up late partying (much) or travel halfway around the world, I just got no sleep whatsoever because of my husband’s snoring. He has always snored, but it’s like I’m suddenly allergic to it after years of chronic exposure. [...] I saw this on Avitable’s blog today and just felt like doing it. 1. What do your [...] I was just telling someone that my daughter isn’t a vomiter. My son, yes. He takes after me in that respect. My daughter made up for years of being vomit-free one night last week. In a big way. She threw up in her bed, and on the floor, the wall and quite a few toys scattered about. It was EPIC. I also realize that I have been misusing the word epic until now. [...] |
